All in all our stay in Sound Hostel was fun and enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and spoke several languages fluently. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were cleaned once a day and were in very good condition. There is just one single thing that I think has to be mentioned as a disadvantage, namely the size of the rooms. They are extemely small and there is no table in them as in German hostels for example, even though I would book the same hostel if I plan to go to Barcelona again.

I'd definitely recommend this Hostel - spotlessly clean; friendly and helpful staff that can give you directions if you want to by feltpens or have already seen all the major sightsin Barcelona ;o), you can ask them anything; I'm sure the roof terrace is great in summer; very comfy couches in the common room and great music; there could be more cutlery and glasses in the kitchen, though ;o)
I stayed at Bracelona Sound Hostel for 5 nights, and the time spended there was equal in pleasantness as drinking honey. Only problem is that I lost my heart somewhere between the rooftop terrace and the kitchen. So if you find it, please return, it's important for my wellfare. (: -julius
Excellent security, very friendly staff. Cleanest hostel I have stayed in yet!

The Sound hostel was a very nice hostel located in a great area almost 1 minute from Para.llel metro station. They have a community kitchen, lounge with three internet computers, wifi, a large TV. The rooms had security lockers with a nice key card system that keeps your belongings safe. [ + ]
