Excellent Location. Even though its not on the La Rambla Itself, its just 7 mins walk to there. Its very close to the Paralel metro stop. The guy at the reception was very nice and friendly. the rooms were very clean. there was a strong smell of room freshener, and the person at the reception took a note of it. The kitchen was clean and stalked with basic utensils and microwave. The breakfast is very basic though. there are 3 computers with free internet in the common room. Overall a great hostel with excellent location in Barcelona , great staff and reasonable price.
We had the BEST time at the hostel - so much so that we prolonged our stay there
by 4 nights! The Ginger Ninja (Wauter) and the rest of the staff are so helpful
and friendly - thanks so much for a great stay and I'm sure we will be
back!

Great hostel! Friendly atmosphere,easy to meet people and great rooftop terrace with awesome views of the city Barcelona. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall staying in this hostel will contribute to many laughs and good times
Couldn't ask for any more in this hostel.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Barcelone Sound Hostel - it was recommended to me by a friend, and it is a great place. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I met some great people there. I will come back again next year for sure.

The Sound hostel was a very nice hostel located in a great area almost 1 minute from Para.llel metro station. They have a community kitchen, lounge with three internet computers, wifi, a large TV. The rooms had security lockers with a nice key card system that keeps your belongings safe. [ + ]
